=How to Install=
-Use OpenIV and go to this location:  Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpheist\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mpheist_componentpeds.rpf
Copy the files located in the mpheist folder into this archive, except the pedprops folder.

-Go to this location:  Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpheist\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mpheist_componentpeds_p.rpf
Copy the files located in the pedprops folder, that is with in the mpheist folder, into this archive.

-Go to this location:  Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpheist\dlc.rpf\common\data
Now extract peds.meta, and edit the file with Notepad (or a more prefered text editing program).

-Paste the following after <InitDatas> with in the peds.meta file:

-Save the file and place it here:  Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpheist\dlc.rpf\common\data

-Grab your favorite dispatch.meta file mod and open it with Notepad (or a more prefered text editing program).
(If you don't have one, the vanilla file is located here:  Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dispatch.meta)

-Scroll down to <Name>POLICE_HELI_1</Name> and replace with this the following:
